Shipping & Final Cost
Shipping is included for the regions listed above; however, rates may vary slightly depending on location and will be confirmed once your shipping address is provided. Sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address.
Once your design is finalized and approved, you will receive an invoice reflecting your total cost including tax and any shipping adjustments (if applicable).
Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms:
Payment
Payment must be received in full before engraving begins. No product will be shipped, delivered, or scheduled for pickup until payment is completed. Once the design is approved by the customer, payment becomes non-refundable.
Design Approval
A digital mockup/proof will be provided for approval prior to engraving. The customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, layout, images, and all details. Engraving will only begin once written approval is received.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of each piece, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are offered unless an engraving error is made by us. If an error is made on our end, we will replace or remake the stone at no cost to the customer.
Photo & Artwork Quality
Engraving quality is dependent on the quality of the photo or artwork provided. Low-resolution, blurry, heavily filtered, or damaged images may affect clarity. We have the ability to adjust and enhance photos to have the best results. If the provided image does not meet engraving standards, we may request a new file before proceeding.
Shipping & Breakage
We package stones securely and with care for safe delivery. If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with the customer to replace or repair the item when applicable.
Natural Stone Variation
Each granite stone is unique in texture, tone, and natural patterning. Slight variations in color or grain are normal and not considered defects.
Turnaround Time
Production typically begins after design approval and payment. Timelines may vary depending on complexity and demand; estimated completion will be communicated.

High-quality, polished jet-black granite — weatherproof and permanent. Great for inside or outside!! Jet Black Granite is sourced out of India.
Your stone will arrive carefully packed with full padding protection to keep it safe during transit. The display stand is shipped separately, so you’ll receive two packages — you’ll be provided full tracking for both.
Yes — ReflectionStones can be placed outdoors.
Granite is extremely durable and suitable for cemeteries, gardens, patios, porches, and outdoor memorial spaces. Our stones are made from the same high-quality India granite used in full cemetery monuments, meaning they are built to withstand weather, seasons, and long-term outdoor exposure.
Laser engraving is permanent and is etched into the granite to be beautiful for years to come! If you would prefer not to laser, we can engrave an image or lettering into the stone. Items to consider:

Absolutely! You will receive a proof to approve and sign off on before engraving begins and before you pay. We dont take payment from you until you sign off on a final design layout.
Yes we encourage we use your photographs — we can engrave photos, handwriting, paw prints, and most artwork. We can accept PNG, JPEG, and other media formats.
Average delivery time is 2-5 days depending on destination. If the order, payment and final design approval is received by 12pm CST we can ship same or next business day. You must notify that your order is time sensitive so we can complete this request.
Shipping times can vary depending on location. Midwest states receive stones typically in 2-5 days. We will provide tracking so you can track your order!

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping cost can vary outside of the Midwest. We will communicate costs with you before we take any payment or place an order.
No we do not accept returns on ReflectionStones. These are all custom made stones and are non returnable.
