By submitting a design request or placing an order through Midwest Reflections™, the customer agrees to the following:

• Payment must be made in full before engraving begins.
• No stone will be produced or shipped until payment is completed.
• Once engraving has begun, no refund or change can be made unless due to verified error on our end.

• Because each stone is custom engraved, all sales are final.
• Refunds or cancellations cannot be made after proof approval.

• A digital proof will be provided for review before engraving.
• Customer must verify spelling, names, dates, layout, and clarity before approving.
• Final approval must be signed before production begins.
• Changes requested after approval may require purchasing a new stone.

• Each order includes three (3) design revisions.
• Additional revisions may incur a fee if needed beyond included edits.

• Engraving quality depends on image quality.
• Blurry, filtered, processed, dark, or low-resolution photos may engrave with less contrast.
• By submitting files, customer confirms they hold rights/permission to reproduce the image.

• Midwest Reflections™ may decline engraving requests that include copyrighted images or wording (without written release).
• Offensive, harmful, or legally restricted content may also be declined.

• All stones are packaged securely for transport.
• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos to qualify for replacement assistance.

• A display stand is included as a courtesy item.
• Normal wear or breakage over time is not considered a defect unless reported upon arrival.

• Production begins only after payment + final proof approval.
• Turnaround time varies based on detail level, order volume, and season.

• Granite is a natural stone with inherent variations in grain, pattern, and tone.
• These natural characteristics are expected and not considered flaws.

• Outdoor placement will naturally weather over time.
• Sprinkler iron, minerals, sap, sunlight, soil, and hard water may affect surface appearance through the years.

• Clean gently with mild soap and water.
• Do not use abrasive scrubbers, bleach, acidic chemicals, or power washers.

• If an engraving error occurs due to our mistake, we will replace or remake the stone at no charge.
• Errors submitted or approved incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for replacement.

• Orders that remain unapproved for 14+ days may require redesign or updated pricing due to production schedule changes.

• Tax is calculated based on delivery address.
• Shipping adjustments may apply depending on location.

• ReflectionStones™ are permanent engraved memorial products.
• Customer acknowledges engraving cannot be undone or altered once completed.

By purchasing, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all policies and conditions listed above.
